Who we are ....
Wally & Dolly agency was founded in 2017 by Rebecca Gage. As a professional actress, principal of a performing Arts School and mother herself , Rebecca wanted to combine all of the experience and skills used in the above to create a friendly , approachable and professional agency giving Children and Teens exciting and valuable experiences and opportunities.

The agency is run directly from founder , Rebecca's performing Arts School in Warwickshire, with majority of the talent training at the school itself. . This means that the agents know the children and teens very well and can ensure they are receiving a high standard of weekly training as well as understanding their strengths and weaknesses.

We have children and teens from age birth right up to 21 on our books.

We pride ourselves on our approachable and family environment , whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. We also believe time is precious and therefore we select talent for castings very carefully , we don't believe in time wasting for our children or clients.

It is this approachable and friendly environment ,coupled with the professionalism and passion of our staff and talent that is the key to our success.

Rebecca Gage
Founder, Owner and Head Booker / Agent

After a career in the industry spanning 15 years and over ten years as principal of her performing arts academy , Rebecca had a dream to open the agency. Rebecca is passionate about young talent and understands the importance in gaining as much experience as a child to help the transition into a career as an adult. Having been on the other side of the coin both as a performer and as a mother of child performer , Rebecca understands the importance of a supportive , productive and passionate agent and Rebecca keeps the students and families at the heart of everything she does.

When not working hard as an agent, principal or acting herself , Rebecca can be found busy raising her two young boys Wally and Jett. She loves spending time with her family and enjoys eating good food and going on great holidays!
Charlotte Mawsdley
Agent / Admin
Charlotte works as Vice Principal at the RJ Academy and is a complete wiz at running all of the admin side of the school also.
Charlotte is motivated by seeing artists improve and grow in confidence and ability.

Charlotte is a keen gym goer and loves to go on long walks with her gorgeous dog, Punch!
